OVERVIEW
A short animation created for MIPS, translating movement and protection into a minimal visual narrative.

ROLE
Animation — concept & execution

CONTEXT
The assignment was to create a concise animation that communicates flow, precision and protection, while staying aligned with MIPS’ technical and minimal brand language.

The project was developed in collaboration with filmmaker Emil Granöö and professional skier Henrik Harlaut, Olympic medalist and multiple X Games gold medalist.

EXECUTION
The animation follows a skier in motion, accompanied by a tracking line that visualizes direction, force and continuity. As the movement resolves, the line is reduced into a single dot — forming the message “Follow the Dots.”

The concept is built around reduction and transformation, using animation to turn a complex idea into a clear, confident visual statement.

OUTCOME
A focused animation designed to communicate MIPS’ technology and brand message through simplicity, movement and controlled reduction.
